Madhwas | Madhvas

Sri Madhva in his Dwaita philosophy indicating about five BEDHAS(Difference). One of the Bedha is Jeeva – Paramathma. There are so many different (bedha) between Jeeva and Paramathma. Now I am going to write about the important difference.

All the Human beings will talk what is your Janma nakshathra? that is the person’s Day of birth. While Alive they will never ask what is your Janma Thithi? Because Janma thithi is only for who already died. We can ask What is your father,mother and grand parents janma thithi after the death. This every one knows.

Where as for God and other devathas only Janma thithi not Janma nakshathra. I can give some examples on that.

1. We all Celebrating For Rama’s day in the Navami thithi ( Sri Rama navami). Actually Rama’s Nakshathra is Ponarvasu. When Rama navami comes you can’t get ponarvasu nakshathra. Hence we all celbrating only in navami thithi not in ponarvasu. Even chaitra masa(month) can’t get in Navami
2. Like Rama navami for Krishna we all celebrating only Janmashtami or Krishnashtami in Ashtami thithi only. Here Krishna’s nakshatra is Rohini . Rohini Nakshathra will not fall into ashtami thithi.
3. For our achar madhwa we all celebrating only madhva navami not on his nakshathra. Sri Ragavendra swami day also falls in palguna masa , sapthami thithi. Like that there are other examples also we can study.

   Hence for human being, it is Janma nakshathra and for Lords it is Janma thithi.But as human we will never do good things in the ashtami and navami days. This is the main and important on of the Bedha between Jeeva and Paramathma.
